Becoming an honorary member or founder

None of this is set in stone. I am open to new ideas!

To become an honorary member is not a very strenuous process. This is because that person has no financial commitment. The member can leave the alliance at any time.

Requirements to be a honorary member of the KSA:

1. See personality traits listed for a founder of KSA
2. Willing to contribute to the physical labor of creating a permaculture haven
3. Requires very little if any financial contribution but has no ownership in terms of property
4. Willing to live on site for an extended period of time (negotiable, up to 6 months) No you do not pay rent or any unnecessary fees.

Benefits of honorary member:
1. Free housing (possibly)
2. A share of the farming profit
3. Gained cultivation skills
4. A break from the rat race
5. Chance at further collaboration or possible permanent residency

In order to be a founder you must be an EXTREMELY good fit for the position. This includes being able to mesh well with the author's personality. Obviously, this is just something that takes time and patience. I've met perhaps 15 people in the last 10 years that I would be willing to have this level of commitment with.

About me:
1. Mid twenties
2. Male
3. Enjoys art, music, and creative thinking
4. Tired of the rat race
5. Obsessed with living off grid and permaculture
6. Concerned about food and financial security in the coming years
7. Interested in living in freedom
8. Decent fitness level
9. Wants to be my own boss
10. Single
11. Can be goofy or serious
12. Sensitive, intelligent, and thoughtful

Requirements to be a founder in the KSA:

1. Honest and upfront
2. Emotionally stable

3. Must be willing to contribute financially. The financial details are not set in stone. However, expect to pay about $10,000 for a half share of 15 to 20 acres of land. Housing, can be built for as cheaply as $10,000, to as expensively as $50,000. The housing situation will be determined before the purchase of the land.

You will be expected to pay for 50% of the infrastructure costs. This includes the rain catchment tanks (~$3,000), gravel road ($2,000),

4. Willing to learn
5. Nice, non-violent, respectful, quality individual
6. Responsible
7. Intellectually capable
8. EXTREMELY TRUSTWORTHY

If you become a founder in the KSA:

1. You will have access to 15 to 20 acres of land.
2. You will have the help that you need to get large projects done.
3. You will have someone to watch over your property if you go on vacation etc.
4. Your financial burden will be less.
5. Opportunities to grow the community will be in place.
